The challenges we face today are more complex and more threatening than ever before. Extreme poverty. An epidemic of homelessness. A climate crisis. Global tension and war. The unpredictable future of AI. Without clear solutions to these existential dangers, it's easy to feel helpless.
But at E Pluribus University, we remain optimistic. We believe every problem has a solution. All around us, we see new information, inventions, and ideas — pieces of a puzzle that we can assemble together.
Pluribus is founded on the idea that the world needs a problem-solving hub. This hub will develop the tools it takes to learn, collaborate, innovative, and ultimately make changes on an unprecedented scale, by bringing together diverse teams of people with a common goal.

WE MAKE PROGRESS ON A META LEVEL.
E Pluribus University comprises four institutes: Collaboration, Knowledge, Innovation, and Implementation. Together, they will help humanity overcome its challenges on a meta level — by creating new models that transform the entire problem-solving process.
Our Collaboration Institute enables teams to "crowdsolve" problems, because modern dangers are too complicated to tackle alone.
Our Knowledge Institute improves how people find, process, and share key insights, because the first step of solving any problem is to deeply understand it.
Our Innovation Institute produces powerful techniques for developing breakthroughs, because innovation happens when we see familiar challenges in a new light.
Finally, our Implementation Institute brings our solutions to life, because putting ideas into practice is what changes the world.

Pluribus Project
E Pluribus University's first project is dedicated to helping solve Los Angeles’ housing crisis. LA has spent billions of dollars to fight homelessness — yet more Angelenos sleep on the streets today than ever before.
The result of the project, ThriveLA, is now a nonprofit that will empower homeless veterans to provide for themselves. ThriveLA’s solution is a blueprint for creating self-sufficient farm communities in rural LA County, where veterans can earn enough money to pay their own way and live the American Dream.
